Hello! This is Braden Loveland and I just got done reading last years honors blog advice. The main thing I saw was do not procrastinate! this showed up in almost every post. I like to procrastinate very much especially on days when I have practice. Every time I do I always tell myself I won't do it again, but that never happens. The second piece of advice I saw was that you should always read to stay on top of your tracker and bingo card. I usually am very on top of my reading as long as I get a good book the first time I choose one. This year I am going to try to read more than I ever have. The final thing I saw is that you should relax and have fun. This is very good advice because with all the homework you are receiving you can get super wrapped up in your work and grades. These are the main pieces of advice I saw.
Writing has never been something that I loved to do, but I don't hate it. My favorite type of writing is when their is a prompt that actually interests me and I get to argue my opinion. I probably like this so much because I am very stubborn and once somethings in my head it takes a lot to get it out. I am not creative at all so anything that has to do with coming up with my own story usually does not turn out very well. This is the type of writing I like to do even though I don't love it.

  1. Your writing is really good. It is very interesting to read. Just try to add more details on the topics. Other than that it was fun to read.

  2. Well done Braden! I liked your summary of what you learned. It was very well written and flowed nicely. I really like that you don't love writing, but you don't hate it either. This makes me excited to try to make it fun for you! I'm with Owen, add more detail, because you really do write well. Thanks!
