Hi I'm Braxton Dunbar. As I was reading through last years blog I picked out my top 3 pieces of advice. The first one being Don't Procrastinate!!! The reason why i chose this is it is one of the most said by last years class and it's some thing I have experience in and it always comes back to you. This will help me to become a better student by just getting things done. The second one being, keep up in your reading, just based on last years students it is difficult to cram a bunch of books in at the end of the year. Also this kind of goes along with not procrastinating. This also would help me become a better student by keeping a steady amount of reading going. Third is, paying attention in class and not talking or doing other stuff you will probably get called out on it. This will help me to not get distracted and keep me from embarrassing myself.
I enjoy writing about fantasy and magic creatures of all different shapes and sizes, and I LOVE to write funny poems. I started to enjoy writing in 5th grade before then I just did it because I had to. But recently that has changed I write because its fun and sometimes funny. My 5th grade teacher was the best we would work on different kinds of writing and even started our class on poetry Moving on, some of the things i would like to accomplish in this class are pass it with an A and have lots of fun on the way.

I agree. Fantasy is awesome! It is also a good idea to not talk while the teacher is talking, so she doesn't get you in trouble

ReplyDeleteYeah, totally don't talk when I'm talking. It's the only time you'll see me irritated. Excellent writing and picking out main ideas. I LOVE that you LOVE writing funny poems, can't wait to see them. Double-check your grammar and "I"s. Great work and happy to have you class:)
