Hello!! This is Ellee Bolander. I have been reading last years honors blog. They had some really great information. Some things that came up a lot, were don't procrastinate, read a lot, and pay attention. These where the ones that stood out to me. Number 1: Don't procrastinate is one thing I did a lot in elementary  school. I've gotten better about it in sixth grade and will in seventh. Number 2: Read a lot. I am not a real fan of reading. But I love world war two books. Those are my favorite. Number 3: Pay Attention. This is what I am good at . (Kind of) I always listen because ever since my Pre- school teacher got mad at me for talking and put me in time out I have been scared to talk in class.

My favorite thing to write about is fantasy. This is the kind of writing that lets me use imagination. My unfavorite is informational. This one does not let you use your imagination. I hope by the end of the year I will like some other writing too. One thing I am really exited about this year is that I have the best teacher on the planet and I get to be with my friends in this class. I am really looking forward to having  a great year! :)

  3. :)Good Job! Everything you wrote about made so much sense. I love how you didn't go on and on about one specific thing and kept everything organized.

  4. Love this Ellee! It was interesting and let me know a lot about you. I was totally into WW II books at your age until I kept crying myself to sleep at night because of Holocaust stories. I'm with you on the writing: fantasy is my fav, informational...not so much. As you revise, watch your punctuation--it's kind of wonky in places. I can help you! Great work and welcome to class:)
