Holiday Tradition
In my family, usually on the 19th, we go on a car ride and see all the lights. "Its a great way to spend time with the family and just relax." My mother says every time we complain. This year, she bought online these special glasses, and when you look at a light, it shows a three-d picture of a snowflake or a snowman and stuff like that. The lights are amazing, beautifully colorful, and bright, with all the the houses, it you look down from a plane you would probably see the most beautiful scene in the universe. We usually go to the most popular places where the people go all out. But some years we go around the neighborhood and look at the common lights. That is my favorite family tradition, do you have one?

ReplyDeleteI love how your paragraph had me imagining what your tradition is like each year. Where it says " The lights are amazing, beautifully colorful, and bright, with all the the houses, it you look down from a plane you would probably see the most beautiful scene in the universe". maybe instead of "it you look down from a plane", you should have put If you looked down from a plane.
ReplyDeleteGreat job! I would recommend changing "This year she bought online these special glasses" to This year she bought these special glasses online. But really, you used great wording and it sounded really good that was the only sentence I would fix!
