Christmas is the best holiday ever!  And there are so many traditions that different families do each year!  My family does not do anything really different than most people.  On Christmas Eve, we all get pajamas on and go down stairs, and open one present.  It´s always Christmas pajamas!  After that we always run to our rooms and put our new pajamas on!  Then we ¨go to bed¨, usually in the same room.  In the morning we all go downstairs and wake up my parents, and then line up from youngest to oldest (I am always last)!  My dad has the camera, ready to capture our the faces we make!

       After opening our presents, which takes a long time, we go to my grandparents house, and open a few presents there.  Then we go to my other grandparents house, and open presents with all our cousins, and then go try out all the new stuff we got.  We usually have a hat with all the cousins names in it, and we draw out a name to see who we are getting a present for!  But, last year we did a white elephant gift exchange instead.

     There is all those fun traditions, with presents involved, but my favorite tradition is one we started this year with my dads family!  A few weeks ago, my aunt told us there were some families she works with that could use some extra help this year.  So we went through all of our stuff that we did not want, and bought some new stuff for them.  Then last week we went to my grandparents house and wrapped all the gifts, later this week we will take them to the families, and hope that it helps them this year!
