Dear Mrs. Gubler,
I heard you were going to invite a celebrity to the school. I think a good idea for that would be John Flanagan. He is one of my favorite authors, and he wrote my favorite series which happens to be Ranger's Apprentice. John Flanagan also wrote the Brotherband Chronicles which is another great adventurous series. He is a really good writer and I think he would be a really great option to come and visit us. When I read his books, it's like a movie in my head and it's fantastic! He also writes enough tragedy in the books to make it seem more realistic but also makes it fun to read so it's not depressing. John could talk about the trials in his life and how much time and effort it took him to get to where he is now. It would be such a fun experience if he were to come.

AMAZING JOB DAISY!!! Your writing is perfect. You don't start most of your sentences with the same letters so that is good. Its the perfect size, and you explain exactly why you think he should come to our school. Its perfect as far as I can see. Great Job!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a unique idea to have Flannagan come! Great justification of having him visit. Really good grammar and spelling across the board. Remember to add more detail but overall excellent writing. Well done!
